De-identified electronic health records, continuous wearable signals, lab results, and genomic markers — linked at the patient level and governed by patients who have actively consented to research use. All cohort queries return aggregates only, under HIPAA Safe Harbor de-identification with k-anonymity suppression (k=10) on every result.
